## Cách tạo mới một quy trình hỗ trợ khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**

**Bước 2:** Tại phần danh mục nhóm hỗ trợ kĩ thuật, ấn vào hình bánh răng chọn **Tạo quy trình**

**Bước 3:** Tại cửa sổ tạo quy trình mới, điền đầy đủ các thông tin như mã, tên, mô tả, thành viên của quy trình ⇒ chọn **“Lưu**” để hoàn tất thêm mới

## Cách thêm mới thành viên cho quy trình hỗ trợ khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn 1 quy trình cần thêm mới thành viên ⇒ chọn **Thiết lập**

**Bước 3:** Chọn tab **Thành viên** để thay đổi (thêm/ xóa ) thành viên của quy trình ⇒ chọn “**Thêm”** để hoàn tất cập nhật

## Cách xóa một quy trình hỗ trợ khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn 1 quy trình cần xóa ⇒ chọn **Thiết lập**

**Bước 3:** Tại tab **Thông tin ⇒** chọn **Xóa** để tiến hành thực hiện xóa quy trình HTKH **⇒** chọn **Đồng ý** để xác nhận xóa
