# Hướng dẫn khởi tạo kế hoạch chăm sóc khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Chọn **CRM** -> chọn **Chăm sóc khách hàng**&#x20;

**Bước 2:** Từ giao diện chọn **Tất cả kế hoạch** → chọn **Thêm mới**

**Bước 3:** Điền đầy đủ thông tin vào bảng Tạo kế hoạch mới -> chọn **Thêm kế hoạch** để hoàn tất .
