# Hướng dẫn cấu hình check-in check-out trong kế hoạch chăm sóc khách hàng

**Bước 1:** Chọn **CRM** -> chọn **Chăm sóc khách hàng**

**Bước 2:** Chọn kế hoạch chắm sóc khách hàng muốn thiết lập

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Thiết lập**

Bước 4: Tại phần **Cấu hình**, thiết lập các thông số, điều kiện về check in – check out -> chọn **Lưu thay đổi** để hoàn tất cập nhật
